Carmen Northwest New Student Orientation

Welcome to the Carmen Northwest family! We are excited to welcome all incoming students and families to New Student Orientation as we prepare for a successful start to the school year.

New Student Orientation is designed to help students and families feel informed, prepared, and connected before the first day of school. During orientation, families will learn important information about Carmen’s school culture, academic expectations, student supports, policies, uniforms, and daily life at Carmen Northwest. Students will also have the opportunity to begin building connections with staff and their new school community.

Interested families who are still exploring Carmen Northwest are also welcome to attend. Members of the Carmen Admissions team will be on site to answer questions, provide school information, and support families through the application and enrollment process.

Accepted families will also complete required registration steps to ensure students are fully enrolled and ready for the 2026–2027 school year.

Families Should Bring:

• A copy of the student’s birth certificate
• A copy of immunization records
• Proof of residency

We encourage all new students and families to attend. We look forward to helping your student start their Carmen journey with confidence and excitement!  As an added bonus, all attendees will be entered in drawings for a free uniform top and Carmen swag bag!
