It is the Holiday Season and I hope all of you are having a great December so far. December has been a busy Month in the College Office and like you we are all ready for some hard earned rest and relaxation!
December is when I try to make sure all loose ends are taken care of and some other general housekeeping. Take a look at this months content!

Important
Carmen has switched to a new alumni tracking and support database called GradSnapp. This program allows you to have your own alumni portal where you can access resources on financial aid, communicating with me, updating your academic and financial records, and access to important documents like your FAFSA login.
All alumni will have access to this new portal so make sure you bookmark the link below. Make sure you complete the following tasks:
- Complete a new FERPA waiver. (If already completed, thank you!)
- Register for your alumni account and complete the the introduction tasks.

Did you complete a program in December of 2018? We would like to celebrate your accomplishments and all of your hard work. If you are comfortable with us sharing it, please share a grad photo we can post. Just make sure to give me the correct name of your degree.
Lastly if you have graduated this semester or any semester before this, please complete this quick graduation survey for me.
Need some help with Financial Aid?
- Come to a weekend FAFSA/Financial Workshop
- File your 2019-2020 FAFSA
- Complete Verification Paperwork
- Make sure you have your money set for next semester and next year
Now that the semester is complete, I first want you to enjoy your winter break. You have earned it. Once your grades come in I would like you to login to your Alumni Connect Portal and update your academic record.
You will see this assigned to your tasks when you login. If you have not set up your account follow the instructions above.
